Alpha-Prime was established in 1990 by Richard Bartosic, at that time a 19-year mechanical engineering and finance veteran of Procter & Gamble Paper. Since its inception, Alpha-Prime, Inc., has tripled its work force and staffs three shifts around the clock. Alpha-Prime is positioned for growth and owns the neighboring 6.5 acres for future plant expansion. In 1996, Alpha-Prime built a 15,000 sq ft expansion to house a new precision sheeter. Another 10,000 sq ft expansion was completed in 2014. Alpha-Prime has been recognized both in 2007 and 2011 as the Winner of the Small Business of the Year Award in Manufacturing from the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce.

Rich established Alpha-Prime, Inc., in 1990. His responsibilities include engineering, financial planning and business development. Rich is a 44-year paper industry veteran, 19 of those years at Procter & Gamble Paper in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In his free time, Rich is an avid golfer and enjoys snow skiing.

Gary joined Alpha-Prime, Inc. in 1992. Gary's responsibilities include customer service, production scheduling, purchasing and transportation. He has 33 years of cumulative experience in production management, customer service, transportation and logistics.
Gary is married and a father of three. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.

Jodi joined Alpha-Prime, Inc. in January 2003. Her responsibilities include accounting, human resources, production and customer service. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Accounting from Fox Valley Technical College.
Jodi spends her free time camping, fishing, and enjoying time with her family and friends.
